Every third Sunday of the month, I host the ReWaRuMe: a Reflection Walk with Runes and Meditation.
We take a three-hour walk through nature from Weil der Stadt to Malmsheim, with beautiful views of the Black Forest. I bring my runes for reflection inspiration and guide a gentle Viking meditation along the way.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

I crafted rune stones inspired by the old Eddah of the Vikings. 24 Stones with symbols, each with different meansing are supposed to provide us with an external input for reflection. If you choose to use them spiritually or practically is up to you. Once a month on Sundays we go for a nice trail in nature and find a spot to “ask the runes” for advice. The aim is to gain more clarity in our life situations so that we can make decisions more easily.<\/p>
