How I became who I am<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Private insights:<\/p>

My journey as a coach began at the age of 12, when my father underwent a complicated surgery that left me feeling neglected and unable to trust my family. In an attempt to seek attention, I became more aggressive, but society’s negative view of my behaviour left me feeling excluded and wrong. This led me to depersonalize and become a functioning robot, questioning my purpose in life.<\/p>

However, everything changed when my Ethics teacher noticed that I had been walking around with my head down for the past two weeks: \u201cshrugging your shoulders tells me that you know exactly what\u2019s going on, but don\u2019t want to tell\u201d. Despite my reluctance to open up, he was able to read my body language and encouraged me to share my thoughts. From that moment, I became more aware of the truth in body language and began to understand the real intentions behind people’s actions. By reading their boddy, I began to understand their minds.<\/p>

I started helping individuals who were struggling with self-doubts, demotivation, and disintegration, and found a sense of purpose in supporting their personal growth. I became more selfless, and my desire to help others only grew stronger during my studies when I met a partner who was suffering from borderline personality disorder.<\/p>

The relationship brought me to the brink of despair, and I reached out to my mother for support: \u201cyou can pick me up, I lost everything\u201d. But with her and professional help, I decided to stay and rebuild myself from the ground up. The simple act of eating regularly again, was the first step to prioritize my own survival.<\/p>

Over the years, I have worked tirelessly to support personal and professional growth, both voluntarily and professionally. I have studied economics, politics, and cultural science in Europe to gain a better macro-understanding of society, and I have lived in various countries to improve my intercultural competencies.<\/p>

Through it all, I have learned that I cannot live solely for others, and that I must prioritize my own well-being. With this in mind, I founded Choice2b, an organization that focuses on helping individuals to identify and pursue their unique goals and aspirations. My journey has been one of personal growth, self-discovery, and the recognition that true fulfilment comes from helping others while also prioritizing one’s own needs.

This year I got certified with Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder – ADHD<\/strong>.
Looking back on my life, this is no surprise. It explains my various interests and the many changes my life is marked by. I am happy about the current development in science to step away from ADHD as a disease, but more as a necessity of evolution. Because, my ADHD is not a burden. It is a blessing that helps me to recognize feelings from facial wrinkles, that tells me your past between the lines of language and shows me how the economic situation and political changes have brought us to where we are today.
